Last time I came here was like 6 years ago and I had the worst experience. That’s ended with my in tears because the way staff treated me. I just recently started see Rebecca Feldman and her medical assistant Mar and they are fantastic, they deserve a raise. They were fun and friendly and made me feel so comfortable.
I've been seeing Dr Karina Mendoza for the last 3+ years here at this clinic. She and her assistant are excellent! All of the staff here have always been courteous, kind and quick. I also really like that I can get my blood draws etc. done here. I do miss that they no longer do xrays here at this clinic though. I love that this clinic is so close too. They are an appt only clinic, as far as I know. There is a UW walk-in clinic nearby though, the UW Urgent Care Clinic in Montlake Terrace, not far from this clinic in Shoreline. I've always had really good experiences at this Shoreline clinic with all of my visits here! And they've been many. I'm 70 yrs old.
I used this place for over 4 years. I do not have any negative experience about it. I did not need any special medical help, only basic stuff like prescriptions. The place is clean, the wait times are short. Based on my experience here, I recommend this for a PCP.
