Palesteen is a talented massage therapist and an overall wonderful person. She cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable about her work. I felt amazing after my first session, and I look forward to more sessions with her. I highly recommend booking with Palesteen if you struggle with stiffness

I went in with lingering lower left back pain that I had been experiencing to varying degrees for two months. Palesteen found the area that needed TLC and really focused her energies there. When the hour was up I was a little sore but pretty certain that she had worked out the stubborn knot! She advised me to stretch and apply heat so I did apply so that evening and the next day. And it worked! Thank you, Palesteen!

I can’t say enough good things about Palesteen! She’s been my go-to massage therapist for years, since before the pandemic, and I’m so grateful to have found her. Not only is she reliable, professional and incredibly skilled, but she has this wonderful, mothering vibe that instantly makes you feel safe and cared for. Palesteen is also one of the most generous and intuitive people I know. She always knows how to help with the tension I carry, especially in my neck, which has been a chronic issue for me.
