We have been going to Cats Exclusive for over 25 years. They always have been great. They have stepped up over the last few months as we lost 2 of our little ones. Took my cat there for her radiation treatment. Was super anxious when I was driving my there but honestly the welcoming reception to the Dr to the nurses made me calm down. Even my spicy cat was relaxed which not her normal self. I picked her up 30 hours later and she was happy to come home yet she looked relaxed. Everyone over there is super sweet. Thank you everyone for taking care of my baby girl!

I have been a client here for seven or eight years and had been very happy with their services for my cats. But after today, I will never go back. One of my cats has trouble keeping her rear end clean, so I brought her in for a "sanitary trim." The technician spent at most two minutes running clippers up her backside, and they charged me FIFTY-TWO dollars. I was expecting more like $15. When I expressed shock, the attitude of the receptionist was basically "Tough s**** what's your card number?" This clinic hasn't been taking new clients for quite some time, but maybe there's room now! You've been warned about their prices, however.
