After years of aches and pains and trips to chiropractors with minimal relief, I’m so thankful I found the team at Health Chiropractic. All the aches and pains I had been chalking up to an old lady body are finally gone. This last weekend I logged 23 miles and 97 flights of stairs (according to apple), today my body doesn’t seem to know that we did that. I feel no discomfort in my low back or hips. The tingling in my forearms and hands has gone away. With movements that used to cause discomfort, I still find myself bracing for pain that doesn’t exist any longer.
