Best self wash I’ve been to yet. Easy access via large ramp or stairs. Large like ‘at home’ tubs are elevated to waist level. The place is utilitarian clean and has self mixing wash/rinse controllers—no messy bottles. Great knowledgeable staff(owner/operator) and so helpful. Will work very happily w tough to deal w animals. And is a great resource for dog knowledge and behavioral modification training “on-the-spot” to help you do your self-wash… or for just a bit more he’ll wash your pup professionally with his full-service option. I took my 12 year old bath fearing Border Collie and my eager to help 5 year old son to Doggo this weekend. My dog is old and scared but he did a great job and there's even a ramped tub that made getting in easy. The settings on the sprayer are like what you'd see at Brown Bear car wash and I appreciated having the shampoo and conditioner in this form. The man working was so nice and helpful and taught my son and I how to use the high velocity dryer on our anxious dog. He even helped brush out some of his undercoat tangles. Would absolutely recommend this place for a great way to clean your pup and not clog your own bathtub drain!!
When our guy, Wally, and 85 pound golden doodle gets done with some of his beach runs, muddy trails, etc. there is nothing better than heading to Doggo for a nice cleanup. As others have noted, the facilities are excellent, the prices more than fair, and the staff members are stellar.
If you haven't been to Doggos yet, get them a try. You will then understand why so many loyal customers such as Wally are pleased to go there and are even happy after the dirt and grime are done. Actually we are one happier. Wally knows that he will soon be back at the beach or running on trails again shortly.
