Beware! Worst place to board ever! Dropped my dogs off for boarding. The owner was scared of my German shepherd, hit her over the head and left an open cut, they didn't have a doggie door large enough for my Great Dane so they put her in the laundry room. Run FAR away from this place. The owner also runs Shelton Taxi service.

When I dropped my dog off, I asked if my dog would be on a leash at all and was told he would not. I said "OK, because I only connect a leash to his harness due to the risk of laryngeal paralysis in labs."When I picked my dog up the next day, the owner brought my dog out with a tight and twisted choke leash around his neck. My dog was coughing and gasping. As I was trying to get the twisted choke leash off of him, I said "This is so tight on him!" The owner responded abruptly "You want me to lose him?! You want me to lose your dog?! Collars can snap!" I said "Where is his harness?" He said "I'll get it! I take it you're not coming back?! I didn't think so! You've got an attitude! You gonna' write a bad report?!" I was shocked and concerned by how quickly the owner escalated.I handed him his cash (he only takes cash) and said "I will not be back, thank you."I hope no lasting injury was caused as a result of this incident. My dog panted heavily and whined for hours following this.

I went on a 16 day trip and left my dog and cat here. During my trip I called and asked about them, and the owner was eager to tell me how they each were doing. Picking them up and finding the location was a breeze. My pets looked happy and healthy when I got there. The price was right and they seem like they were well taken care of. We are all happy customers and I would bring them back anytime I need to.
