If I could give 0 stars, I would. Today when I called to see if my computer was ready (initially promised over a week ago, but he got the wrong part), he began swearing at me, called me profane names, told me to * *** and hung up. My husband picked up the computer. . .which does have the screen replaced (which is why I took it in), but the side of the computer has been broken and damaged (can no longer access or open DVD) and Profile access has been changed so no one can sign in to the computer even through Microsoft account. Now I have to take it elsewhere to fix what he has done or have a laptop sized paperweight.... Read More

Only go to this business if you want to be yelled at, cussed at and called some not nice inflammatory names. I took my computer in for repair and was told it would be finished on a certain day, which when I called, it wasn't. The owner said it would be a few more days. I stopped in a few days later and he wouldn't even look me in the eye and said it wasn't done but perhaps he would work on it Sat. and give me a call. I said I would appreciate that and that is when he came unhinged. I ended up leaving and headed straight to the police dept where I found out he had also done the same thing earlier to another person. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone.... read full review

The dude knows what he's talking about he is super down to earth Super chill I brought in my pc twice and he hooked it up he found out what the problem was hands down best computer repair shop
