Will, Francisco and the crew were really a 'dream' team to work with throughout this entire process. They were clear on all communications and installed exactly the product described. A fantastic job was completed on my new metal roof, giving my rustic cabin in the woods a much needed upgrade!Highly recommend for workmanship, professionalism and friendly service!

Cogent construction tore off the torch down on my flat roof,put insulationTPO) on the roof and truly has made a significant change in how much cooler my home was THIS SUMMER!! The membrane they used on top of the insulation will allow me to get insurance on my home for the first time in 10 years.PROFESSIONAL,PUNCTUAL!!!Hard to find companies like this!Highly RECOMMENDED

I have used Cogent for my residences for many years. I consider them one of the best roofing companies in Washington State, l have tried others in the past, never again. Cogent guarantee their work, and respond quickly if there is a concern of any kind. In 2020 I accidentally dropped a small tree on the corner of the roof of our primary home piercing the roof. Their knowlegable and friendly crew were here in 48 hours or less and did all the repairs and charged very little for my error. I recently had a chimney problem which really wasn't there issue, but they were here very soon after I contacted them and are helping resolve that issue also!
