Fantastic company! Came out fast to install our unit, they made sure we understood everything before they left. They laid out sheets so not to track in anything or make a mess, cleaned up after themselves! Bonus points because they were so nice to my dog! Recommend them to any and everyone!
Plus this unit is amazing! So quiet and our electric usage has MASSIVELY dropped!

Extremely impressed with my overall experience with this company. Sabre came out and did the estimate was very impressed with how professional it all was he made sure all my questions were answered I definitely felt much better with this company Initially I had multiple companies come out and give me quotes by far Bradley Air extremely professional local which was a major plus to me if I had any issues I definitely wanted somebody local not to mention the quote was lower I just had my HVAC system installed yesterday OMG I so wish would have converted over to the system many years ago previous to this HVAC system just had a electric furnace in the garage always had cold spots throughout the house not to mention the cost of heating was huge This is the first morning since the installation I cannot get over the difference every single room is warm including my mother's room which was always cold for some reason Air conditioning definitely works fantastic I am so looking forward to that when the hot months hit Installation crew yesterday I cannot say enough great things very professional when they left it was like nobody had been there very clean Major difference of course new equipment Was very impressed with the gentleman explain to me how the new thermostat worked he made sure I understood everything and make sure I had no questions I highly recommend Bradley Air/heating

I recently had a mini split heat pump. From the 1st call to the complete install it was about weeks. My house was built in 1940 has always hard to keep warm/cold. This unit is amazing I wish I had done this years ago. Sabre was amazing to work with from day 1 and also today when the City called to get an inspection, that phone call left me completely lost. One quick call to Sabre and he eased all my concerns. He emailed me copies of everything and was making a call to the city. The install team was super friendly and knowledgeable as well. I highly recommend Bradley Air if you're ever in the market.

Angela was absolutely horrible to deal with! Don't make the mistake of even asking about the pricing. It was obviously a sensitive subject for her. She felt the need to let me know, not once but twice, that they dont work for free. Thats after me asking how much the service cost, and then asking the hourly rate. Never once assuming or expecting some sort of discount, especially for free. I can only imagine how much business this karen loses for Bradley Air Co. Once I said I had the right to know what to expect to pay she told me to replace to part myself and hung up on me. The part is apparently a piece that if not replaced can start a fire because Bradley Air Co bypassed the switch previously.. so not important right?? What a effing joke of a company to leave a customer in that type of dangerous situation. Eff you Bradley Air Co, NEVER AGAIN!! Two thumbs down! Recommend finding another company. Or Bradley Air Co drop the Karangela for the good of the company!! $500.00 to replace a simple limit switch.. I think I dodged one here.

HVAC system problems resolved by the technician they sent out. The previous HVAC company failed to find the problem. Good scheduling time line, good communication from the technician. Good price with no disagreements on what was charged after the service. Very Satisfied. Shelton WA.

I work across the street from Bradley Air and have gotten to know many of them. They are such Awesome hard working friendly people. When the heating /air conditioning upgrade through PUD started they dropped in with flyers for us and our customers. Thank God they did too because I knew of a lady close by who's heat was giving her problems so I passed on the info to her and she was approved for a free system upgrade and when I told them about her situation they made sure she was put through the system and in line for the free system install the smile on her face was amazing to see. They took such good care of her she told me! Shortly there after I also was approved for the upgrade at my home and the team was awesome they went in and did the work while I was working they had it done before the days end and delivered my garage opener to me at work when I got home I couldn't tell slightest bit that they had been there other than the fact that I had the brand new system. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old equipment it was like they had never been there. The system works great and I will never go elsewhere for any of my heating and air conditioning needs!
