I came in with a badly bent pair of glasses and the man at the Sequim Wal-Mart optical department spent about 20 minutes straightening them out. Did a great job and was very polite.
Hands down the best eye exam experience I've ever had. Every single employee I interacted with was phenomenal. Knowledge, kind, compassionate, and fun! I will continue to use this location for all of my future eye exams, glasses and contacts. Colton and EJ, along with everyone else I spoke to, we're knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to.
Stepped on my glasses in the middle of the night and completely bent the connection point on both sides. Colton worked his magic on what seemed to be a loss cause and they fit better than ever now! Thank goodness! Though he did tell me that they will most likely not make it through another accident like that but all is well in the meantime. Thanks so much for all of your help!
