my iMac died, just would not wake up... after a neighbor recommended This place I took my IMac in... Jamie was very informative, always answered the phone when I called and fixed my iMac within the budge he gave me... couldn't be happier...

I highly recommend Jamie at Quality Assured! He had to keep my laptop for several days to resolve the issue; however, his pricing was incredibly fair and the issue has been completely resolved. I will go back for periodic "tune-ups" because they are affordable and like just about everything else in life, computers require routine maintenance to operate effectively. I am grateful to have a place I can trust to help me with all of my computer needs.

I recently built a new PC and ran into an issue. QA was easy to work with, did what they said they were going to do, finished when they said they would finish, and was less expensive than I was expecting.
