I had 9 trigger release surgeries and needed my stitches removed as well as specific exercises needed for recovery. Peak Performance therapist Aaron Staeban has been absolutely what was needed. My surgical team at Mayo Florida has been most impressed with my recovery. I feel confident in my therapist and the plan we have laid out and are managing to. I cannot imagine a better team to get me recovered and back to a more normal life. Aaron also recommended items I could use to help me be more independent during my recovery. Everyone at Peak Performance from reception to the therapists are truly wonderful. Thank you Peak Performance.

I have seen Heidi for the past few months for pain in my groin/hip. She has been very helpful in reducing my pain and increasing mobility. I am a hiker and mobility is very important. I am back to hiking 4-5 miles twice a week which was not possible prior to starting therapy. I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Being a runner gives her an understanding of what muscles are needed to remain an active hiker. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to others.

I had recent therapy for knee osteoarthritis with Daniel and Thomas. Both were very competent and I benefitted from their services. I would recommend this facility with the caveat that one will NOT see primarily the physical therapist but will see the physical therapy assistants for most of the visits. This is not uncommon in therapy practices.
