I can't express my thanks to Steve and his crew enough. 2 weeks before Christmas my control box failed on my septic and he quickly identified and replaced the problem before I had sewage back up. He even worked with me through a terrible situation with my insurance company and was patient and understanding. Thank you so much for what you do.

Steve was above and beyond helpful with all the questions we had about the septic system on the property we were considering buying. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. I will use Northwest drains in the future without a doubt!
