Called for emergency service. Came by an hour later. Quickly established the problem, provided excellent insight as to what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future. Great service.
These people are just the best. Steve tried to troubleshoot remotely while on vacation. Then Mike and Michael came out to diagnose our problem--which was apparent leaking toilet setting off septic alarm--and to check all the system functions. The leak was our job to address, which we did. But then we had alarm go off in the middle of the night yet again, and the next morning they came over really quickly and were able to see the system acting up, revealing that we had a malfunctioning floater tripping the alarm.
