Prompt service. Called another company first and was told the soonest they could come out would be the end of November, 3 weeks away. I said you understand I have no heat all she said was sorry. Then I called Knight Heating and Cooling and they said they could come out this morning. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the issue, although I need to replace one of the thermostats on my old 4 zone system. I can live with that. Will definitely use Knight Heating and Cooling again.
Update: after repeated phone calls about replacing broken thermostats, they did not follow up or offer any other solution. So, I have down graded... read full review

Amazing service! Rick and Richard both were professional and personable. They went above and beyond to service, fix, answer questions, and gave so much advice for the present and future of our HVAC. Honest, great customer service. Highly recommend!!

We have been using Knight Heating since 2018 after purchasing our home in Sequim and have NEVER been disappointed. Rick and company are not only friendly and professional, but he takes time to explain the problem and answer questions. He always arrives in a timely manner and his prices are very affordable.
