Built my new home in Portangeles on a showcase view lot in town. It was a fight the entire way. Payed for upgraded 45 lb building felt for roof and they left it off. Paid for 6" concrete driveway with rebar and they did not put chairs to suspend rebar in the center of slab like is common practice. They left rebar on ground and said they would pull it up during the pour which is impossible. Driveway is absolutely hideous. The finish looks like a complete idiot performed the work. Love Estes! We built our retirement home with Estes in 2016-17 in Port Townsend. We lived several hours away, so we had to rely on Estes to get everything right and keep everything on schedule. Great design and build process! Love the studious and thorough design process, and the "not to exceed" price guarantee. We would heartily recommend Estes for anyone who is considering building their dream home.
