Clients can trust that they will receive an incredible cut that looks amazing and will last. She is described as a wizard and deserving of all the dollars. Allegra also offers advanced razor cutting education for hairstylists, providing a transformative and engaging experience that emphasizes trust, connection, and growth. She takes her time to listen to her clients, ensuring the result is effortless and modern, especially for wavy, curly, or greying hair. She also talks through styling techniques to help clients replicate their look at home. Ericka is another stylist at Zero who has been praised for her expertise with hair types, growth patterns, and healthy hair and scalp care. She is committed to nontoxic products and the environment, and her clients feel renewed, refreshed, relaxed, and happy after sitting in her chair. Ericka is highly knowledgeable about hair and scalp health and was amazing at helping clients understand their hair and what processes and products are best to support it. Her initial 2-hour appointment is described as luxurious and relaxing from beginning to end, providing a truly pampering experience. She takes the time to teach styling techniques, helping clients to feel confident and self-assured with their hair.

I loved the cut Allegra gave me - she took her time to listen to what I was looking for/what my day-to-day styling reality looks like and the result is an effortless wash and go, modern cut for wavy/curly/greying hair. She also made sure to talk through the styling process as she went so that I could replicate it at home. Highly recommend!
My experience at zero was fabulous! Ericka is a highly skilled and intuitive hair stylist. She listened carefully to me, asked lots of great questions and took a lot of time to teach me how to style my new cut. I have been so pleased with how well my new hair cut and style makes me feel more like my self! Since my appointment I have been able to consistently style my own hair to exactly the look I was hoping for.
Zero salon is a beautiful, calming minimalistic space where I felt seen, heard and cared for. The experience is spacious and luxurious and the style/ cut is worth the investment.
