Just terrible. At least for the youth. I lived in their program from 15-18 and they had a terrible point system in the program to keep “children” in line. One small mistake could drop you several levels down and they would restrict normal privileges such as going outside for extended periods of time. And leaving your room It’s like they took these broken children and made extremely high expectations for them not even the average kid could do.

I used to live at James Place, and the staff their are TERRIBLE, first let me start off by saying that, one resident attacked me and they said I couldn’t use pepper spray to protect myself or I’d be kicked out, then I told them to look at the cameras and look at the fight that happens, they told me the camera didn’t record anything/it was broken. Evangalen and/or Brian, STOLE my gift cards from Christmas and they claimed I never got one. If and/when you do call maintenance, they’ll taken months to actually fix anything. There’s so much more I could say here but it’d be another 3-4 paragraphs. Its just awful.

I was in that place and it was an excellent service. I really liked it. I had many memories there with the young people and the workers are super cool.
