I am one of the care staff for several months now. What I really like is how organized they are. There is very good onboarding training. When you are sent out to a client, not only do you know exactly what you are going to do, there is a system in place to help you check that you tied all the knots and let the team know what is happening on a daily basis. It is therefore easy to step into each others shoes and give the client a good transition from one care staff to another if that became necessary. Support for care staff in the field is 24/7.
