Wow, our favorite nail salon in Ballard is even better! They have a new line of beautiful colors to choose from. Their massage chairs are the best (the cramp in my right shoulder is now gone)! This is so much more than just a pedicure. The people who work here are kind and smiling, and they seem to enjoy taking care of you. Also, I like the quiet ambience: the white linen curtains hanging from the ceiling, the wall of “old Ballard” bricks, a display of art by local artists, and quiet music. Thank you, White Lotus 🥰
Been coming here for well over a year and all the techs I’ve had are great but I think this was one of the first times I’ve been booked with Vivian (chances are she’s most likely fully booked frequently since she’s so good) and she did an excellent job. At first my nails were a little longer than I wanted them to be but when I explained to her I wanted them shorter, she listened and was able to make them as short as I requested and still give me the exact same shape I asked for which doesn’t always happen at other salons. Good attention to details as well, will definitely book with her again!
I've been here many times over the years but have been seeing Arina regularly and can't recommend her enough! She's quick and efficient yet takes her time where she needs to and is very detail oriented. I've never had anyone do such an incredible job when needing a gel manicure removed and switching to regular polish for a bit - she leaves your nails looking so healthy and smooth as if the gel was never there. 10/10!
