One star for the salon ambiance and the second star for the hair products used (the shampoo & conditioner smell lovely!); otherwise, my haircut experience was horrible. This appointment was at the end of October with Rachael – thank goodness the cold weather was soon upon us because I can wear hats & beanies to cover up this poor haircut.

I have been living in the Seattle area for about 2.5 years now and it's been a real struggle to find someone I trust cutting my hair well, like my longtime stylist back in NY. I've had a couple of really REALLY bad cuts in Seattle. High-end, expensive salons. It's pretty disgraceful, but luckily I don't have to worry anymore because I found Erich based on a friend's recommendation and he is a HAIR GOD!! I have fine hair, but A TON OF IT.
