I cannot say enough good things about Jean-Luc and team. I have never seen a group in this industry (landscape, gardening etc.) work as hard as Jean-Luc's team did. They used big rigs, chain saws, carried stumps by hand, and overall I was just super impressed with the work ethic and positivity! I had a few trees that needed removed as well as some clean-up of trees touching my house (and other tree rotting issues leading to spider infestations and mosquito infestations). Jean Luc is extremely knowledgeable about tree types and in general made me feel at ease about leaving the majority of my trees alone - meaning I only needed to clear a few to ensure the growth and vitality of the others. We also discussed soil drainage, roots, and erosion when discussing my tree concerns. His team worked for two days straight as per the invoice and estimate and I am extremely pleased with the work done. I don't think I'll need to have him come again anytime soon, because again he's super knowledgeable about trees and knew exactly what to do with them to ensure healthy trees that wont need to be messed with for years to come. But when I do need another clean-up, I'm not calling anyone else and I will recommend him to all of my neighbors!
Jean-Luc did a great job overall. He responded to our inquiry and stopped by to give us a quote very quickly, responded to communications promptly and professionally, and is an expert in what he does. His team also went above and beyond to remove some branches growing into some home wiring which was outside of the original scope of his project. I would highly recommend Vitalitree for any tree maintenance needs!
