Got some prescription glasses here over 5 years ago. I live in another part of the country now, and I'm trying to get some updated glasses, but it's not the same. The new ones aren't what I expect or need. So I called them up after all this time and had a chat over the phone about my specific glasses, what lenses they were, what I needed, etc. So helpful, thank you!

Such wonderful people. So patient with me as I rifled through pairs and pairs of glasses to cure my existential crisis of finding what I feel like would suit my personality best. They supported my choices and helped me assess my aesthetic. Just top notch folks - easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and supportive. Such a lovely experience.

This was one of the best experiences I have had seeing an optometrist. From the friendliness of the person who made my appointment (they showed genuine concern for my problem, was empathetic and understood the urgency) to Dr. Pyle providing a lot of education on my eye issues ( I have never had an eye doctor spend that much time going over symptoms, potential causes/triggers etc..) this was a great experience and any time I need something for my eyes I will be coming to Vision Plus of Ballard!
