My Virtual Touch representative helped me decide if I needed a new computer, helped me select one, then spent a lot of time getting the information on my new computer in a form similar to what was on my old one. He also helped me sync some apps, passwords, picture files, anything I could think of that I needed help with. He was kind and patient and listened as well as talked. A very good experience overall.
