Symone was wonderful. I'd never had acupuncture before so I was a bit nervous but she explained it all and was very nice and calming. I walked out of there the most relaxed I've been in years. I will need additional visits to see more results but I'm very surprised at how much her care was able to calm my nervous system in just one visit. 10/10 will revisit often!
Integrated health isn't just lingo—it's the real deal at Vida. I have issues with my spine and shoulders. At Vida, as my symptoms increase and decrease, I can work with the team to integrate more PT or chiro in as needed. I've used every service there except the nutritional folks (which I'll work in!), and they really do team treatment. They are actively reviewing and sharing notes. Because of my care at Vida, I'm recovering faster than the average person with my diagnosis.
I have been in hip pain for past 6 months (goes back years, but this episode was much longer and increasingly more painful to point of debilitating). One session with Michaela and I am amazingly better. More mobiity and substantially less pain. Very grateful!
