I had the pleasure of getting my hair cut by Skyler, who took such great care of me and my curls. Skyler listened to my requests and preferences, resulting in the dreamiest haircut that was exactly what I asked for, but better. I felt very safe and seen coming into Vain to see Skyler for a haircut and I will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a gender affirming cut or color that’s gonna knock your socks off, Skyler is your girl!

Ellie is fantastic! I went in to get a haircut after a disastrous experience at a different salon and Ellie did an incredible job fixing my original bad haircut. She was very attentive, specifically asked me what I wanted done, and let me take a look at her work as she was cutting my hair to ensure it was what I wanted. It was an all-around amazing experience and I will absolutely be back to see her!

I had the honor of having my hair done by Emily here. I recently moved to Seattle and went out on a journey of finding a new hair salon, I was not disappointed by any means. They listened and understood the swampy vibe I was going for. The whole staff here were super welcoming and kind. I can’t wait to work with Emily in the future!
