UW Medicine Physical Therapy and Hand Therapy Clinic at Harborview

DO NOT CHOOSE HARBORVIEW for your PT unless you have excellent insurance and no copay! After many calls with my insurance and Harborview, I am devastated to learn that Harborview charges extensive fees for being a top ER hospital in the state, and those fees are passed on to the patient!!! WHAT?! I didn't use any ER services, I simply had 2 PT visits and had a $1100 bill, which I had to pay 80% of because my deductible was not met. How shameful that they didn't explain that to me prior to my visit.

The front desk people are rude with the driest personalities! You could be standing in line for a while and they notice you, but they would continue to converse amongst themselves for awhile and then act like you are inconveniencing them by being there. This happens every time I come here. The only reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because my physical therapist is nice and knowledgeable.

Any time I have had physical therapy here it has been great. Each person from the reception/check in to each therapist has been kind, understanding and knowledgeable, listens to your concerns and works to accommodate them.
