Lele personally called me to address my previous review and not only did she follow up, she invited me in to receive the services I had not received, free of cost. True example of owning the issue to create a positive experience for the customer.
I had the most phenomenal experience with Emily at Lele Nails & Spa. I am traveling and needed to get a quick pedicure, but I got so much more. Emily showed me the utmost care, taking her time and providing above-and-beyond service. My experience was so good, I honestly intend to visit again on a future trip to Seattle! Thank you, Emily!
