    I’m a professional gardener, and I’ve run my own business full-time for over 10 years. My work is very physical and I have many old injuries. I’m strong, but also extremely flexible - to a fault. This has been the source of many injuries. I’ve worked out on my own in the past and with professional fitness trainers. I have been advised by chiropractors and massage therapists to strengthen deeply, at my core, before doing big workouts. However, when I explained this to professional trainers, they’d still take one look at me, say they understand, throw me right into high intensity workout, and I’d be injured again almost immediately. When I exercised on my own, I wasn’t sure where to begin, and what I did typically caused injury. It felt a little hopeless. In my continued search for someone who knew how to both listen to me and work slowly with me to strengthen without injury, I discovered that Toni is an exercise and movement coach! A short conversation confirmed that she was EXACTLY who I had been searching for!! Even working remotely, via Skype, in these days of covid, Toni targets a few key movements or exercises, tailored to my needs exactly. I have felt both subtle and large changes in my body already in just a couple weeks. She’s easy and fun to work with, she listens closely, she knows how the musculature of the body works holistically to pinpoint tiny corrections and movements. I’m SO thrilled to have finally found the person I needed to fully support my body and strengthen it long term without further injury. It’s wonderful!

    I have been seeing Toni as my body worker for 18 years. I always tell people that she is the reason I’m still able to walk upright. I Alm 75, have scoliosis and I was a flight attendant for 20 years which means I used my extremities as tools ie: both of my thumbs and my knees are in terrible shape. Over the years with her body work she has gotten me acquainted with my muscles and how to move them in ways that are helpful instead of hurtful. Then with training, my balance is back and I can move so much more easily. I recommend Toni for anything that hurts, or if you are just in bad shape. She is an excellent teacher and has more knowledge in her brain about what she does than most of us have about anything. If something doesn’t work, she always has several other things to try. She always gets it right. I know people that have been in car crashes or had other accidents that make their bodies hurt and she has helped them all.
