Visited with several of my girlfriends using the Spa Pass 5, which gave us two hours in the ladies spa. It was the perfect amount of time to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a beautiful environment. The rate was reasonable, the facility was clean and serene, and the staff was extremely welcoming and professional. We all left feeling relaxed and restored. Highly recommend for any woman who needs well-deserved self-care and a reminder to slow down.

Amazing experience every time!
The ladies room offers a complete self guided restorative adventure. Tops are optional and I would say that it’s 50/50 on the nudity scale any given time I go.
There are two saunas, one steam room, cold drench, hot tub, tepid pool and cold plunge.
I like that the cold plunge has stairs to help you get in and out. It can be a bit tiny but I have been inside of it with two others, comfortably.
If you are worried about crowding, just change up your circuit and you will have pools or saunas to yourself!

I've been going to The Ladies Room for a few years, and even when it was the Women's Serenity Spa. The LR206 just did a summer update and the amenities have improved. They've grown so much over the years and I still think they are the BEST, woman-owned, local business - no cheesiness like other spas - just straight quiet relaxation every single time. Every person I bring with me enjoys this experience and it's still so pleasant on All-Gender Wednesdays.
