I always love my time at the ladies room. It is a perfect afternoon of relaxation and so fairly priced. The experience is so intentional and is always the highlight of my week when I go.
2025 Update: The spa music has improved a ton on a revisit and quiet rules are much better enforced. I'm updating my rating to 5 stars. This is a wonderful place to relax in the cold Seattle months.

They play muzak on horrible quality speakers throughout the spa space. It's really unfortunate this place doesn't keep their commitment to silence because this experience would be a 5/5 otherwise. As it stands, I left with a headache. (They do provide earplugs but earplugs don't block out all noise and they definitely don't block out the speakers.)
Mostly lovely experience. I’ve been a handful of times and find that it can feel a bit too full. The other spas in town tell you to arrive early to check in but when I tried doing the first appt of the day, they didn’t even open the doors until 5 mins after my apt time and the dry sauna was not up to temp. I feel like there are signs everywhere (and the front desk shoves the rules in your face) that it’s a silent area but every time I’ve gone there have been groups that believe the rules don’t apply to them. I think it would be nice to have actual quiet hours and then more social hours during different parts of the day. I find this space cleaner (and better...read full review
