Martin at The Head Shop was amazing. He hooked me up with a clean fade, & a sharp beard trim, and the whole experience was flawless start to finish.
The shop itself is kind of hidden and hard to find at first since there’s basically no signage, but that almost makes it better. It gives the place this cool you-know-somebody vibe that feels very NYC.
Martin is clearly skilled at what he does, and it showed throughout the entire appointment. On top of the cut and beard trim, he gave me a lot of helpful beard care advice and even helped me troubleshoot a new beard trimmer I had just bought.
Definitely coming back to Martin.

From the very first appointment, Jay made the experience comfortable. He always knows how to start a conversation or keep one going, so sitting in his chair never feels awkward. Over time, that consistency and good energy turned into a real friendship. It’s more than just getting a haircut now — it’s catching up and enjoying the whole experience.

Been getting my hair cut by Joel for years now and he always puts the time and effort into a cut to make it look high quality. Always fades the neckline and sideburns to ensure everything blends nicely. Highly recommend!
