I went here for a couple years and the service was always terrible. Dr Olson refused to recognize CFS as a condition, despite long covid existing? I then asked if they could diagnose my autoimmune condition and I agreed despite feeling uneasy due to their invalidation of my experience. I was then told that I have zero autoimmune issues- when I've already been diagnosed with EBV and Lyme. I then attempted to receive a diagnoses for POTS/dyautonomia; and was told I have neither. This place is a joke...

Staff are always kind and professional, never had an issue. I once arrived a week early (my mistake) and they couldn't have been more understanding and professional. Excellent telephone customer service as well. I drive 3 hours to go to this clinic.

I used to have good experiences here, but it's turned into a dumpster fire. They scheduled me for a 2nd vaccine dose 4 weeks after the 1st, but it was supposed to be 6 months after. They also mislead me for the cost of blood tests so I had to pay significantly more out of pocket than they said
