I had an appointment with Shaina Hakala. She was great! I have some more complicated health issues going on and she was very thorough. Which has been an issue with previous Dr's. I would highly recommend her to anyone who may have a more complicated health issue.
The staff here was diligent and care about customer service. The physicians / nurse practitioners who have treated me have spent the right amount of time and delivered the necessary care.. During a recent visit they performed a strep throat test which had results completed within 15 minutes while I waited! This allowed the physician to take the right decision.
Dr. Hocquard is the 3rd primary-care provider that I have had at this clinic, and indeed “the third time’s a charm.” He has a calm, good-natured demeanor that masks a fervor to help his patients achieve maximum health. As an added bonus, he has a great sense of humor.
