Nicer than it looks. Our stylist was very nice and we got a quick and great cut at a decent price. Very talkative and friendly. Perfect bangs for my wife and a nice trim for me. This place deserves a higher rating.

Amanda seemed preoccupied when I showed hairstyle I wanted (Sunday was not too busy). While she was cutting my hair, several people walked in so she attended to scheduling appts. She came back and buzz cut back of my head leaving front looking okay but when I styled it the next day, left side was longer than right. Had to go back next week to even it out. I have had Supercuts dating back to 1982 in W Hollywood... Never had this problem. Frisco, Vegas, Ballard...Totally unprofessional... Will never let her cut my hair again.
