Responding to the one-star review. Sorry you feel like you got a bad haircut. I saw the picture of the hairstylist who did your cut, and I was surprised. Karin is great. She has been cutting hair for about 30 years and knows what she's doing. I always go to her for my cuts. I can understand why she wouldn't talk to you and why Supercuts didn't call back. Hairstylists must get this all the time, customers who, for whatever reason, have over-the-top reactions to a service. It's hair. It grows back.

I walked in, asked for a haircut, they said they were full, but as soon as I said “I can book for a later date” because the webbooking has never worked for me, she threw me in a chair and acted like she was doing me a favor. I repeatedly told her I needed my hair wet before a cut because it’s curly and she ignored me or cut me off before I could explain. Then, after cutting it too short for the curl, she suddenly had time to wash it and berated me for not booking ahead while my head was in the sink.
