Roxanne is THE best, especially if you have curly hair! I’ve been seeing her for years and would follow her to the ends of the earth.
My hair used to be primarily frizzy with a bit of a wave until I saw Roxanne. She said, “oh, you have curly hair”. Something I’d never heard in my life. She gave me a cut that accentuates my curls and now instead of having to straighten every day, I just scrunch and go! I get soooo many compliments on my “mermaid curls” and I owe it all to her!
