He knows how to teach while being super patient and kind. He has tons of experience and has a wide variety of resources and knowledge to help a drummer conquer any genre/style. I took lessons for almost a year and during that time I improved more than I had with any other drum instructor. Super thankful West Seattle has this great small business!

Rick is a great instructor! He makes sure you have fun during lessons and you learn the things that you are interested in. Plus he has a nice dog who greets you every time you go for lessons.

I've been receiving lessons from Rick Spano for a little over a year. I've noticed a major improvement in my playing over this past year that I could NOT have achieved on my own. Rick is very patient and keeps things fresh and entertaining each week. I highly suggest going to Rick Spano if you want to learn the art of drumming and unlock your hidden potential. Glad I did.
