Since I have been coming to Chiro I have experienced a tremendous change in my overall health! Life has been extremely hectic this past year & due to a popliteal tendon tear, I have not felt in the best shape. The intentional work that Drs. Ta, Antoinette, Aaliyah, Louie , Leo et al staff has improved my posture, my ability to walk around feeling more confident & in alignment. I never considered how much diverse stretching exercises, chiropractic adjustments & neck weight stretching impacts strength of the core & body. Chiro One and Dr. Maimy Ta at the Denny Triangle location was the only chiropractic office in the greater-Seattle area that would see me as a walk-in patient on a Thursday this October.
I had some serious pain in my lower back that came up while I was on vacation and could barely walk. They welcomed me with open arms. Dr. Ta made some corrections to my spine and had me perform some stretches that really made a difference to my overall pain levels. I immediately started feeling better after a 45-minute session at their office. I also left their office with some pointers on how to stretch the area of my back that was causing me issues.
