We had a wonderful experience with Lizzie for our son’s very first haircut. He was extremely distraught about sitting in the chair, but Lizzie was incredibly patient and had a whole bag of tricks to help him calm down: shows on a tablet, Goldfish, a lollipop, and helpful instructions for us on how to distract and comfort him with home videos. Once he finally settled, she immediately recognized that he was “in the zone” and worked quickly and skillfully to get the haircut done. She did a fantastic job.
