Thanks to everyone who left your experience posted. I’m so sorry to hear about your experience but really grateful you posted your experience so that each person reading has enough information to make the right decision for themselves. Does good work and provides a hair regimen for you to follow on your own. Always read the fine print. If you ask any questions for clarification on the policy, she will get defensive and tell you she has over 500+ customers (essentially letting you know that you don't matter much). Choosing a hair stylist is a very personal decision, being a hair stylist is an extremely business decision. Keep that in mind and you won't get your feelings hurt. Jackie is in high demand and her calendar stays full, but there is a subscription plan available for $25/month for early access to the books among a few other perks. Best of luck with your hair journey!
