This place seems to change owners and barbers every six months. The new guy there right now is terrible. Arrived nearly half an hour late for my appointment, then made an excuse that he normally doesn't cut hair on Fridays - he could have mentioned that when I booked the appointment for Friday on the phone and he said ok to it! He then took nearly two hours to cut my hair, and it came out awful, he didn't know what he was doing with my hair at all. Finally he proceeded to charge me 50% more than the guy who was there 6 months ago. For a worse cut that took longer. I'm done with this place, a chain salon is better.

I booked an appointment for 8. They didn't show up until 10 and was there until 6pm and charged $500. I tried to be loyal and have them re-do my sew in but they wanted almost the same ammount for a re-do. I JUST TOOK MY HAIR DOWN and look at it. I now have a perment bald and infected scalp from the cap and sew in a month and a half later
