Had a great experience getting my hair color done at Civility and Sway!
I have natural black hair and wanted to go overall much lighter. Been to two other places and had no luck getting the results I wanted even with reference photos. I was told it was impossible in one session or it would fry my hair.
Today I found out it was because it's a lengthy process that requires a lot of care. Courtney was very patient, professional and friendly and did this right in one session, and it did not damage my hair at all! The salon interior is very cozy as well. Would definitely recommend and I will be back!
I received a Brazilian blowout and a fabulous haircut from Courtney, and she was the best! I found her on Groupon, which was brilliant. I am so happy and excited about my new hairdo. It was difficult to find someone who could handle my Indian frizz, thickness, and curls, but Courtney was an expert. I wasn't stressed because I knew she knew what she was doing. Thank you, Courtney! Also, she didn't ask me to write a review. I'm doing this voluntarily because it really helps me when I'm deciding on a place. I was new to Seattle and had been searching for a good hairstylist for months. I'm so glad I found Courtney!
