Nakayla is the first lash artist that I have gone to and the entire experience has been incredible from the very beginning. She explained everything in detail as she did it and made sure that the lashes looked the way you wanted them to. Went very in depth about after care so the lashes last even longer. Nakayla is fantastic. I have never gotten lash extensions before, and it is easy to say that I was a little nervous. Nakayla went above and beyond to talk with me about what I wanted while also helping me figure out what would look good on me. During the service, she spent extra time to answer my questions and explain what she was doing and why, and it helped me feel comfortable through the whole process. She gave me the freedom to do what I needed to do to get comfortable as well, whether it be snacks or having certain music. She never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions, and she was always available to answer any questions I had after the service as well. She is genuinely so sweet, and her love for lashing shows through everything she does. I cannot imagine letting another person anywhere near my face, and I am so happy for the friendship that I have made. So much love for her and what she does!!
Nakayla is amazing. I have been getting lashes for nearly a decade, and I have never had retention this good! She really takes pride in her work and it's evident that she genuinely cares that her clients are satisfied with how their lashes look. She consistently asks for feedback or if any changes are needed at the beginning of each session. She checks in throughout the service to make sure I'm still comfortable.
