First experience buying makeup and a first time visitor to Sephora. I had a great shopping experience today thanks to Stephanie.
Absolutely new to makeup and received super professional help understanding my skin tone and my preference. Thanks for encouraging me to try on as many products as I needed to understand what suited me. And also for understanding my budget and recommendations within the range.
I was super intimidated before I came in, but I felt super happy at the end of checkout, thanks to the staff. Will surely return again ❤️?
Not only is this a great store but everyone us always so kind and helpful anytime I visit, but not overbearing and pushy.
Today I went in to smell a new fragrance - Steffanie/Steffani helped me so much by grabbing the tester from the back and going above and beyond, and was happy to help me. This is my go-to Sephora in the area.
Absolutely love this branch of Sephora - they carry a nice range, it's an easy to access street entrance and, most importantly, the staff is very helpful.
While not as large as some branches, this store still carries the latest and greatest, with an excellent selection of skin care and good amount of perfume (do call if you're looking for something specific).
Kudos to Eileen, Jo and the rest of the team here... They earned a loyal customer to their branch with their helpfulness and kindness. Everyone had good energy and was nice... That says a lot.
