I needed my house keys rekeyed to use one key for all the door locks at my house, plus a mailbox key. The owner for whatever reason didn’t give me keys so I had to get a new lock installed.
Mike came and did the rekey of the door locks without any issues, but the mailbox lock proved to be more challenging. He had to go to the hardware store and install another lock. It took longer than we thought but he stayed with it and got it to work! Now I have all the keys I need! Thanks Mike!

I called SLS to get new locks in my home after moving. They connected me with Mike, who reached out immediately to confirm the location and time. He continued to be communicative through the whole process, which is particularly great when you’re moving and aren’t sure where you’ll be when! We discussed what I wanted for my house and he made educated suggestions about brands and lock types. He worked quickly and made sure to have me confirm that every lock worked exactly how I wanted it to before he left the premises. He also volunteered to take and repurpose my old locks, which was an added bonus! Highly recommend.

I thought reading the description that maybe this shop only does cars, but not only isn’t that true Mike was at our house inside of 5 minutes and had our front door rekeyed no more than 10 minutes later. On a Saturday!
