I hate my hair. I asked for 4 inches off since my hair is long and the lady cut off wayyyy more than 4 inches. I couldn't see because I didn't have my glasses on. I asked for layered hairstyle since I always get layered and it looks so choppy and rigid. My hair is sticking out in random spots. I asked for thin bangs and I showed a picture with very thin bangs and she cut them thicker than I wanted which was fine, but the bangs didn't frame my face at all. She asked me if I liked my hair afterwards and I felt awkward saying no. I contemplated giving no tip to get my point across, but I didn't want to be that kind of person. I don't know if it's worth my time to go back and get my hair fixed. I'm honestly annoyed she cut off at least 6-7 inches when I only asked for 4.

Excellent customer service and products. They have well-trained stylists who care about my hair. They know exactly what they are doing from start to finish. The concept of the store is quite creative. Their staff was accommodating and friendly, the place was comfy and I didn't feel any awkwardness at all. The experience was great and I love the outcomes.

I go there it was quick she was amazing to talk to, and I just loved every moment of it she did an amazing job on my hair and I'm beyond happy. I recommend her 100% thank you so much!!
