The doctor was fine, but the front desk staff do not understand customer service. They are confusing and unreliable. It’s a shame a good doctor will lose business due to a sloppy and inconsiderate staff.

I found Seattle Eye as I was looking for a shop that carries a particular brand of frames (Moscot) and they were the only shop in the area that does. I am certainly glad I did. Paul and his associates are top notch. Paul is extremely knowledgeable in how to fit eyeglasses properly, something that is very rare. Most places I've been to, it's pick something off multiple racks of frames with someone saying "oh those look good " for every frame you try on. Not here, Paul was able to explain what would work for my facial structure and complexion in terms of frame style, color and sizing. Dr Fang and his staff are top notch. Patient, friendly and knowledgeable on their products and procedures. Went for an eye exam and was treated with respect and never felt rushed while choosing glasses. The ladies at the front desk are excellent and helped me choose a great pair of Tom Ford glasses. Also, when I needed a readjustment, they had me come in and took care of me promptly! Will be going here from now on to do my yearly eye exam and glasses choosing.
