I would update this to no stars if it was possible. The first time I booked with them was fine. The second time they went to Vegas the same day I was booked. On Sept 13 I booked over the phone, on sept 30 I confirmed over text and today I called and it went straight to voicemail. Texted and nothing. I went to the back (which BTW there are no locks protecting the boarding dogs) and after yelling for someone to come out, a guy came out and told me they haven't done grooming in 2 months and that just today they were going to Vegas!! Incredibly unprofessional. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES

i left my dog here for a few days it smelled like large amounts of marijuana when i came to get my dog, and on top of that they tried to spray my dog so he wouldn't smell like it it made my dog lose patches of fur i do not recommend bringing your dog to this circus house i will be reporting this to the city .
