I had a good experience with this law firm when my husband and I retained an attorney from them. She was easy to talk to and took time to explain things. I didn't talk to her as much as my husband did, but I did have two conference call with her and felt that she cared. She not just do it for a living. Some attorneys, like therapists, don't listen to you and make you feel like they care. She was different though, her name was Jo Flannery if you want to request to work with her.

I retained Jo Flannery roughly two months ago. She offered great counsel with a free consultation when I first met her. Much of what she told me was done succinctly and in a time efficient manner, but not like she was trying to rush me off the phone. And not as if she was trying to run out the clock either. This pleasant manner in which she spoke persisted even after I retained her for all paid phone consults as well. This detail matters. Here is why.
